A loud welcome for Gentle Monster

Groundbreaking global eyewear brand Gentle Monster has officially arrived in the Philippines. The flagship Gentle Monster Manila store makes its grand de-but at Shangri-La The Fort in Bonifacio Global City with international and lo-cal celebrities giving the brand a warm and fashionable income.

On opening day, no less than Ahn Hyo-seop of the “Business Proposal” fame got first dibs on Gentle Monster styles.

Come night time, the black carpet was rolled out to welcome the likes of Anne Curtis, Megan Young, Solenn Heussaff, and more.

The Gentle Monster Shangri-La Manila Flagship presents a striking scene complete with ‘The Giant’ sitting atop a destructed architectural reinterpreta-tion of Frederik Heyman’s 3D artwork.

The intricately placed art pieces in vertical and horizontal variations across the space present a strong emotional contrast with the store’s facade, demonstrat-ing a truly one-of-a-kind retail experience.

Gentle Monster also announces the exclusive restock of the Maison Margiela collection. The collection presents Gentle Monster’s original eyewear designs incorporating real threaded details of Maison Margiela’s stitch logo.

Founded in 2011, Gentle Monster has gained recognition for its audacious and innovative storytelling, aiming to ignite emotional passion through its unique approach to fashion.

Gentle Monster Philippines store operates between 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and is located at 5th Ave, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila.
