A new survey found that pet owners actually prefer sleeping with their pets over their partners.

Out of 2,000 American pet owners in the study, reported by OnePoll and commissioned by the mattress company Sealy, 66% said they allow their precious pets to sleep in their own bed, while 58% of respondents in the reports admitted that they prefer to share a bed with their furry friends and not their significant others.

Just over half (51%) said that doing so helped their stress and anxiety, while 42% said their tender company makes them feel safe in bed.

The survey also found owners consider their sleep improved when they sleep with a pet in bed.

While there may be a few minor interruptions if their pets bump into the night, two-thirds of owners surveyed said their pet’s internal clock is better than theirs, regularly using their fluffy friend as a guide for when. wake up and fall asleep.
