Twitter leaps after Musk raises the pledge offer to $ 33.5 billion

A new the deposit reveals that Elon Musk plans to advance $ 33.5 billion in his bid to take over Twitter.

Musk is in talks with Twitter founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey and others to help fund or transfer their shares to complete the deal.

As previously reported by CNBC’s David Faber, Elon Musk should fill the role of temporary CEO of Twitter for a few months after completing the $ 44 billion acquisition.

Twitter shares are up 7% in the news.
